No more vague memoranda or declarations. There must be certainty and clarity, - stressed at the 15th KSF Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the Chairman of the Kyiv Security Forum, Prime Minister of Ukraine 2014-2016.

He noted that he is an opponent of the so-called “strategic uncertainty”: “To me, it sounds like a reluctance to take very difficult but correct decisions.”

"I support strategic certainty. It is absolutely clear that Ukraine must win this war. It is absolutely clear that Putin is a war criminal and must be brought to justice. It is absolutely clear that there is no other way to guarantee security for Ukrainian people and for the entire European continent, except for through Ukraine’s membership in NATO,” he emphasized.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk emphasized the importance of the unity of all NATO member states at the summit in Vilnius. “There should be no more vague and strange memoranda or declarations, as was the case in Bucharest back in 2008. There must be certainty and clarity.”

“It is time to make clear decisions. And Ukraine has already paid an incredible price for them,” said the Chairman of the KSF.

Noteworthy, the 15th annual Kyiv security forum “For Our and Your Freedom / Fighting for NATO” will be held on May 25-26, 2023, with the participation of well-known international figures. In particular, at the Forum, the KSF Security Council will be formed and a policy document will be adopted with recommendations for the NATO summit in Vilnius to be held this July.
