General Clark: The Armed Forces have the initiative at the front and are capable of achieving their goals

Today, Ukrainian servicemen have the initiative on the front line, and the United States sees the ability of the Armed Forces to fulfill their tasks.

This was said by the Supreme Commander of the NATO Combined Forces in Europe in 1997-2000, General Wesley Clark, during the Kyiv Security Forum, founded by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Foundation “Open Ukraine”.

“The war will end when putin realizes that it is too risky for him to continue. But the war will also end when the Ukrainian military liberate the entire territory of Ukraine, including the Crimea,” he said.

“The situation on the battlefield is critical. The general also praised the Ukrainians in their fighting at the information front.
