Oleksiy Reznikov described what Ukraine will consider its victory over Russia

The objective of Ukraine fighting against the Russian aggression is not solely to regain all of its temporarily occupied territories, but to dismantle the Nazi regime in Moscow.

This is what Oleksiy Reznikov, the Defense Minister of Ukraine said in his video address at the Kyiv Security Forum founded by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Foundation “Open Ukraine”.

«Today, when we speak about the objective of our fighting, regaining of all territories within the internationally recognized borders is the first and the necessary characteristic of our victory. It is the necessary condition, yet not the satisfactory one», - he said.

«Following what has happened over 8,5 years, and especially what came true during the last 9 months, reclaiming the formal status-quo would be insufficient not only for Ukraine, but for the whole of Europe and the whole free world», - the Defense  Minister emphasized.

According to him, the feature of our victory shall not only include getting to our state border line in Milovomy in Luhansk region or in the Isle of Tuzla.  

«This includes dismantling the Nazi regime in Moscow. And this simultaneously means denazification, deimperialization, and decolonization of the Russian Federation», - Oleksiy Reznikov underlined.

«Reviving Ukraine at the expense of the Russian assets. Bringing Russian military criminals, including mass media pundits, to justice. Forming the system of guarantees where not a single aggressor can stand a chance», - he added.
