The negotiations between the United States, NATO and Russia are aimed at curbing a new wave of Kremlin aggression against Ukraine and the West.
U.S.-Russia talks on strategic stability took place on January 10. The NATO-Russia Council meeting is scheduled for 12 January. On January 13 a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council will take place.
