Arseniy Yatsenyuk appealed to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov: "This is the person who led the creation of the National Police and the National Guard, changing in the quality of the security system for citizens. And this is the man who did not give the opportunity to capture Kharkiv by the Russian separatists and other territories of the Ukrainian state."
