Arseniy Yatsenyuk: "Nord Stream-2" will finance the Army. Military aggression of the Russian Federation should not receive support from Western partners

"Russian military aggression is further supported even by some Western partners. The construction of Nord Stream-2 aimed at further strengthening Europe's dependence on Russian gas and financing the Russian Army, must be stopped," the leader of the Narodnyi Front (People’s Front) Party Arseniy Yatsenyuk emphasized on Thursday, April 12, opening the 11th Kyiv Security Forum.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk stressed that "it is necessary to keep unity" during the most difficult times for the free world: "This unity is not only in words, but also in very tough actions. These are sanctions, and political dialogue, and military force. This unity within economic policy also."
"Strange to say the Russian military aggression is getting even support from some Western partners. The construction of the Nord Stream-2, which would take billions of dollars from citizens of Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, which violates trade relations between the European Union and the United States of America and aims only at one thing - how to increase Europe's dependence on Russian gas even more and how to finance the Russian army, must be stopped," he underlined.
"There must be our unity - not just in words, but in actions," the leader of the Narodnyi Front said.
