The «Open Ukraine» Foundation publishes the Digest by the results of the 9th Kyiv Security Forum

The Arseniy Yatsenyuk «Open Ukraine» Foundation presents the Digest by the results of the 9th Kyiv Security Forum held on 14-15 April 2016 in Kyiv.

The Digest summarizes main ideas and recommendations emerged during the discussion by experts from over 20 countries, concerning recent events in Ukraine and at its borders, their backgrounds, and possible consequences for the state, region, Europe and even for the world at large.
