Dr. Ashraf ALI

President, FATA Research Centre (Pakistan) Dr. Ashraf Ali is a seasoned journalist. His last assignment before joining FRC as its President was with the BBC World Service where he worked for 20 years. Over the years he has made valuable contributions to some of the leading newspapers of the world including The Daily Telegraph (London), San Francisco Chronicle (USA), The Muslim Observer (USA) and the Gulf Monitor (UAE). He has also written regularly for different leading Pakistani newspapers.
