Volodymyr LAVRENCHUK

Chairman of the Board, “Raiffeisen Bank Aval”, Kyiv, Ukraine Mr. Lavrenchuk is a graduate of Kyiv Economic Institute, Finance and Economy Department. 
Since 1982 he is working in banking. In different time occupied managerial positions in the Savings Bank of Ukraine, Ukrinbank and Raiffeisenbank Ukraine. 
Since October 2005, Mr. Lavrenchuk has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. Volodymyr Lavrenchuk is a member of Board of Directors of the Forum of Leading International Financial Institutions. He is also a member of the Trust Council of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Volodymyr Lavrenchuk took the first position in the nomination Banker of the Year 2009 following a survey of the “Business” weekly. The “TOP-100” Rating of Ukraine’s Best Companies 2010” magazine awarded him as Best Manager-Financier and Best Change Manager in a Company. The “Guard of Leaders” rating has recognized him as Best Top Manager in Ukraine’s Banking Sector for three years running (2008-2010); in 2009, Volodymyr Lavrenchuk was named among three best managers in all the economy branches of the country. In 2011 the magazine “Banker” under the All-Ukrainian rating “Trusted Bank — 2011” recognized him the best top manager in implementation marketing reputation. Volodymyr Lavrenchuk has been also named the best top manager in the banking sector of Ukraine following a survey of the “TOP-100. Business Leaders of Ukraine” magazine.
