Counselor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland

Przemysław Żurawski vel Grajewski (born 1963) MA – 1987 (Ukrainian Problem at the Paris Peace Conference 1919) and Ph.D – 1997 (The United States and the Problems of Arms Control in the Era of the Preparatory Commission for Disarmament Conference 1925-1930.) – both in History at the Department of History of International Relations of the University of Łódź. Habilitation -2014 (The Eastern Part of the Polish Security Area as an Object and a Subject of the International Game in the years 1991-2012) – In the Institute of the Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Science - Warsaw.

Since 1987 a researcher and an academic teacher of the University of Łódź first in the Faculty of Philosophy and History and since 1995 in the Institute and then the Faculty of International Studies and Politology. In 1992 employed with the Office of the Minister of National Defence for Defence Policy of Poland. In the years 1995-1996 in the Office of the Undersecretary of State, Government Plenipotentiary for European Integration and Foreign Assistance. 1996-2001 in the European Institute in Łódź. 2005-2006 – Contemporary agent of the EPP-ED an expert in charge of the monitoring of the political situation in Belarus, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine in the European Parliament in Brussels. Editor of “The Portfolio” – Ukrainian and East European Bulletin.

2006-2009 visiting professor of the Belarusian European Humanities University in Vilnius. 2007-2008 commentator of international relations in national channel TVInfo. Since 2008 visiting lecturer of KSAP (National School of Public Administration). 2006-20012 – a researcher in the European Centre Natolin. Since 2012 publicist of the “Gazeta Polska Codziennie” – the commentator on international relations, history and military security. 2013 – an expert on foreign policy in Piotr Glinski team (shadow cabinet) and a member of the PiS (Law and Justice) Programming Council. Since 2015 a coordinator of the Security Defense & Foreign Policy Section in the National Council of Development at the President of Poland and an advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland.
