Yegor Stadny. Got my MA in History from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) and MA in East European Studies from University of Warsaw. Have been holding position of education policy analyst at CEDOS think tank since 2012. Since March 2018 I have been working at CEDOS as a director. My major areas of expertise are funding of education, academic migration and social mobility.
