Oleg BATRYMENKO
Doctor of Political Sciences. Professor, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
In 2002 Oleg Batrymenko graduated from the faculty of philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and obtained a higher education in Political Sciences, where, the same year, he entered to the Ph.D. Program. Since 2003 he was working as the assistant, and later, the associate professor. Last year he began to work as the professor of political sciences of the department of Political Sciences of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2013 Batrymenko defended the doctoral dissertation, the topic of which was “The bureaucracy in the system of modern democracy” and received a degree of Doctor of Political Sciences in the specialty “political institutions and processes”.
