
Volodymyr GROYSMAN
Mr. Groysman was born in Vinnytsia.
1995-1999 – Vinnytsia Institute of Regional Economics and Management, Diploma of junior specialist, Jurisprudence specialty;
2000-2002 – Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, the Degree of Bachelor of Laws, Diploma of Legal Practice;
2002-2003 – Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Diploma of specialist, Jurisprudence specialty;
2007-2010 – the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Master of Public Administration.
1994-2005 – senior positions in commercial structures.
2002 – elected to the Vinnytsia City Council. Deputy Chairman of the constant Deputy Commission of the City Council for Human Rights, the Rule of Law, Deputy Activity and Ethics.
November 2005 – Secretary of Vinnytsia City Council, acting Vinnytsia Mayor.
2006 – elected Mayor of the city of Vinnytsia at the age of 28, marked as the youngest Mayor of the regional center of Ukraine.
2010 – re-elected Vinnytsia Mayor for the second term, having received the support of 77.81% voters. Vice-President of the Association of Ukrainian Cities and Communities on issues of housing and communal services.
February 27, 2014 – Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine/Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
November 27, 2014 – Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
April 14, 2016 – Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Mr. Groysman has Orders "For merits" of II and III class, Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland.
Mr. Groysman is married with two daughters and a son.
