Arseniy Yatsenyuk Founder of the Open Ukraine Foundation, Prime Minister of Ukraine, Ukrainian politician, economist and lawyer. Chairman of the Political Council of the Party "People's Front". Prime Minister of Ukraine. November 27, 2014 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine headed by Arseniy Yatsenyuk resigned before the newly elected Ukrainian Parliament of the VIII convocation. On the same day Arseniy Yatsenyuk was appointed to be the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

Since September 22, 2014 Mr. Yatsenyuk has been a Chairman of the Political Council of the Party "People's Front". February 27, 2014 Yatsenyuk was appointed to be the Prime Minister of Ukraine. Since June 2013 Mr. Yatsenyuk was a Chairman of the Political Council of the political party "Batkivschyna".

Since 2012 Mr. Yatsenyuk was a Member of Parliament of Verhovna Rada of Ukraine of the seventh convocation, Chairman of the parliamentary fraction "Batkivshchyna". Since 2008 Arseniy Yatsenyuk was a Member of Parliament of Ukraine of the sixth convocation and a leader of the party «Front Zmin». In 2007 Mr. Yatsenyuk was Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament. Previously, he served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (since March 2007). Prior to that he held the positions of First Deputy Chief of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, and Representative of the President of Ukraine to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2006 – 2007); Minister of Economy of Ukraine (2005 – 2006); First Deputy Governor of the Odessa region (2005); acting Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine (2004); First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine (2003 – 2004); Minister of Economy of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea (2001 – 2003); Deputy Chairman of the Board of the “AVAL” Joint-Stock Postal Pension Bank (1998 – 2001). Mr. Yatsenyuk holds a PhD in Law and Economics from the Ukrainian Banking Academy.

He graduated from the Chernivtsi Trade and Economy Institute (2001) and the Department of Law of the Chernivtsi State University (1996).
